Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen spotless, safe and ready for action. You’ll wash dishes, maintain clean floors and prep areas, and support the team with stock organization in a fast-paced environment.

No experience required—we’ll train you. You’ll join a friendly multinational crew with opportunities to grow and access discounts across our European properties.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience in cleaning or support roles is a plus.
• Able to work on your feet in a busy environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks such as unloading deliveries and stocking.
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment organized to support workflow.
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP.
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly.
• Spot and report issues or hazards immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly

• Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
• Spot and report any issues or hazards right away

What You’ll Have

• No experience needed, we’ll train you
• Some experience in a cleaning or support role is a plus
• Comfortable working in a busy, active environment on your feet
• A team player mindset with a positive, flexible attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in cleanliness
• Reliable and hard-working behind the scenes
• Clear communication skills – able to follow instructions and ask when in doubt
