The Social Hub is seeking an energetic bartender for Barcelona to join a vibrant, multinational team. You will craft classic cocktails and mocktails, welcome guests, and contribute to a lively atmosphere across bar and restaurant spaces.

You should have 1–2 years behind a busy bar, passion for mixology, and fluent English with conversational Spanish to connect with our diverse crowd. Expect flexible shifts and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Mix, pour, and present beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and coffees.
• Welcome guests warmly and share menu knowledge and hub events.
• Support teammates on floor during peak times and assist with food service as needed.
• Run opening, closing, and shift handover routines to keep the bar tidy and organized.
• Master digital tools for order management, reservations, and payments.
• Introduce guests to membership community and upcoming gatherings.

What You’ll Do

• Mix, pour, and present a fantastic range of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty coffees, with total precision and style.
• Welcome our guests with genuine warmth, sharing your deep knowledge of our menus and ongoing hub events.
• Jump in and support your teammates on the floor when posible during peak times, helping with food service or clearing tables to keep things moving beautifully.
• Own your workspace by running smooth opening, closing, and shift handover routines to keep the bar spotless and organized.
• Master our digital tools for easy order management, seamless guest reservations, and quick payment processing.
• Help spark new connections by introducing guests to our unique membership community and upcoming gatherings.

Who You Are

• You bring a track record of 1-2 years of experience rocking it behind a busy bar or working in a lively hospitality environment.
• You have a genuine passion for mixology, flavor combinations, and the latest trends in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• You speak fluent English and have a conversational level of Spanish to chat comfortably with our diverse crowd.
• You bring stellar communication skills and the natural ability to multi-task without losing your cool when the venue fills up.
• You possess high flexibility when it comes to shifts, happily working alongside the team to match our house rules and busy calendar.
