The Social Hub Group in Barcelona is seeking a friendly barista to craft beverages from espresso to smoothies and deliver warm, professional service from open to close. You’ll join a lively, multinational team and help keep the bar energetic and welcoming.

You should have barista experience or be eager to learn fast, a guest-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across drinks, service, and events.

• Experience as a barista or beverage prep.

• Strong communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
• Good time management and ability to stay calm during busy moments.
• Conversational level in English and Spanish.
• Curiosity to learn, improve and support teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and serve high-quality beverages from espresso to smoothies and specialty drinks.
• Provide warm, professional service to every guest.
• Assist with restaurant and bar tasks during busy moments.
• Keep the bar tidy, stocked and running smoothly throughout the day.
• Answer guest questions with confidence and knowledge of the menu.
• Operate and care for coffee and drink equipment like a pro.
• Support events with setup and service as needed.
• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operation.
