Takeda Pharmaceutical Spain is seeking a Key Account Manager for neurology in Cataluña, working onsite to engage adult and pediatric specialists, develop account plans, and drive strategic growth.

This role is territory-based in Cataluña y Baleares and requires onsite presence in Cataluña; it is not a Madrid-based position. The Key Account Manager (KAM) role for NS in Catalonia is strategic for the national success of the unit and Takeda, as this region represents a significant contribution in both volume and value. Catalonia is a key area for consolidating the growth of Elvanse and ensuring effective coverage in the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders. The KAM will work closely with the other two KAMs in the unit, fostering a strong team dynamic aligned with shared objectives. Additionally, active cross-functional collaboration with the Medical and Marketing departments is required to ensure an integrated and patient-centered execution. The KAM's activities will include visits to adult psychiatrists, child psychiatrists, and pediatric neurologists, with the goal of enhancing awareness, accurate patient identification, and appropriate treatment management. The ability to build trust, educate, and support healthcare professionals will be key to success in such a competitive and relevant region as Catalonia. Additionally, the continuous growth of the private psychiatry market in Catalonia represents a strategic opportunity.
