HP, Inc. is seeking a Junior Workforce & Business Planning Analyst to support workforce planning, capacity analysis, and operational reporting for the Inside Sales Hub in Barcelona, serving multiple geographies and language profiles.

The role combines analytical work with project coordination, helping align staffing, development, and engagement activities with business priorities. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus English communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business planning, business operations, workforce planning, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of workforce and capacity plans across regions and languages.
• Monitor capacity, staffing gaps, and changes; support planning and business continuity.
• Track open positions, hiring progress, fill rates, and time-to-fill.
• Support staffing forecasts and backfill planning; highlight risks.
• Provide insights to help leaders prioritize capacity needs and actions.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports on capacity, hiring, attrition, and development indicators.
• Prepare leadership reviews, presentations, and updates for meetings.
• Identify trends, explain variances, and flag areas needing attention.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of planning data.
• Support ad hoc analyses to improve reporting and planning processes.
• Coordinate the university graduate program and track milestones.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to align program activities with hub needs.
• Coordinate hub-wide engagement, recognition, networking, and community activities.
• Support event planning and execution with site leadership and stakeholders.
• Track participation and feedback for future improvements.
• Consolidate stakeholder inputs into clear plans and reports.
• Track actions from planning reviews and ensure follow-through.
• Contribute to special projects supporting hub operations.
