HP Inc. in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Workforce & Business Planning Analyst to support the Inside Sales Hub across multiple geographies and languages.

You will help translate workforce data into actionable insights, maintain planning dashboards, and support leadership reviews to ensure business continuity. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition, monitor capacity and hiring metrics, and contribute to capacity planning, development tracking, and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business planning, operations, analytics or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of workforce and capacity plans across regions.
• Monitor capacity, staffing gaps and changes to support planning and continuity.
• Track open positions, hiring progress, fill rates and time-to-fill.
• Provide insights to help leaders prioritize capacity needs and actions.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports for capacity, attrition and development.
• Prepare leadership reviews and operational updates for meetings.
• Analyze attrition trends and monitor development activities.
