You will learn to use browser developer tools, diagnose issues, monitor site health, and communicate findings to publishers in English, while gaining exposure to data, APIs, and advertising technology in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Fluent professional English.
• Foundations in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiar with browser developer tools.
• Willingness to learn and troubleshoot.
• Strong problem-solving and curiosity.
• Experience with APIs or HTTP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support investigation of technical issues on publisher websites.
• Use browser tools to inspect HTML, CSS, and JS and diagnose issues.
• Help identify problems related to page structure, styling, scripts, and tags.
• Reproduce technical problems and investigate likely causes.
• Review console errors and network requests during diagnosis.
• Gather information before escalating to senior team members.
• Monitor publisher websites for unusual behavior.
• Perform regular technical health checks.
• Interpret advertising metrics and identify performance changes.
• Communicate findings clearly in English to publishers.
