Huawei Europe is seeking a Junior Commercial & Contract Manager to drive bid responses and contract management for ICT projects. You will work on proposal drafting, negotiation and ensuring contract quality while supporting cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a law degree, 1–2 years in bidding or contract management, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will operate in a global tech leader environment with a strong emphasis on compliance, risk control and commercial excellence.

• Bachelor or above degree in law or similar.
• 1–2 years bidding/contract management experience in ICT.
• Strong commercial and negotiation awareness.
• Contract management capabilities.
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Languages: English and Spanish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in/organize project bidding, output contract solutions, reply to bidding documents, commercial letters, and other documents.
• Participate in the drafting/negotiation/review/modification of commercial contracts to minimize risks and ensure contract quality.
• Organize contract/offer review, including risk identification for commercial application (SPQ), proposal (ATB), and contract (ATC).
• Execute the Manage contract /Manage Authority Execution & Authorization (MAE) and Manage Contract Fulfillment (MCE) processes, and act as the account PC to improve process compliance and operation quality.

A Junior Commercial & Contract Manager is a professional responsible for contract management of projects, recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business as well as negotiating and agreeing contracts which can be worth millions.

Commercial Managers also continuously work to strategically expand, preserve or improve procedures, standards or policies whilst sticking to regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities
