Manning Global AG is recruiting a Junior Technical Engineer in Madrid, Spain. The role involves radio network optimization, data analysis, and platform monitoring, with an emphasis on learning and long-term growth within a blue‑chip client environment.

Fresh graduates or those within 1.5 years of graduation are encouraged to apply. Chinese language ability is required, and programming skills (Python) for data processing are considered a plus.

Formación

• Fresh graduates or those who have graduated within 1.5 year.
• Background in science or engineering; telecommunication background preferred; strong logical thinking.
• Proactive and eager to learn and grow.
• Chinese is a must, able to describe professional words in Chinese.
• Willing to develop a long-term career in wireless optimization with growth potential.
• Ability to use Python for data processing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Project delivery: Radio network optimization and KPI monitoring.
• Data analysis: process and analyze large data sets (e.g., 50 million rows).
• Digital platform operation status monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Act as interface between frontline project team and R&D in China, supporting on-site issue resolution.
• All project account, network safety management, and other department work.
