AUTO1 Group seeks a Junior Software-focused Project Manager to help develop digital tools and automate processes across Europe. You will work with cross-border teams to deliver practical solutions that improve daily operations.

The role blends software development, process automation, and international business operations, offering a dynamic environment and growth opportunities within a leading automotive tech company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategic business development, consulting, or startups.
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Programming skills in TypeScript and Python, with frontend and backend development knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop Innovative Solutions: Design and develop internal tools and prototypes to improve operations across European markets.
• Drive Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead Technical Projects: Coordinate development, testing, and continuous improvement with technology teams in Europe.
• Coordinate International Initiatives: Collaborate with European markets to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Support Implementation and Improvement: Ensure rollout of new tools with training and documentation.
