A travel agency based in Barcelona is looking for a Junior System Administrator to assist with their contact center platform. This role involves managing various customer contact channels, supporting system configurations, and collaborating with operations teams. Ideal candidates have proficiency in English and some familiarity with platforms like Sprinklr. Formación

• Some experience or internships in managing or supporting contact center platforms is a plus but not required.
• B2/C1 level English (verbal, reading, writing) preferred.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing the contact center platform and customer contact channels.
• Support configuration and maintenance of the knowledge base.
• Participate in regular 'mystery calls' to ensure systems work as expected.

Conocimientos

Experience with contact center platforms

B2/C1 English proficiency

Familiarity with IVR and case management

Motivation and eagerness to learn

Educación

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
