Job summary

A global contact center is seeking a Talent & Development Administrator in Barcelona to coordinate employee training and support HR initiatives. Responsibilities include scheduling training events, maintaining training records, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess excellent bilingual communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for learning. The position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary starting from €22,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning and development activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning & Development activities across the International Contact Centre.
• Schedule the Talent & Development calendar using the LMS.
• Report on registration, attendance, online completions, and ROI.
