Job summary

A travel agency based in Barcelona is looking for a Junior System Administrator to assist with their contact center platform. This role involves managing various customer contact channels, supporting system configurations, and collaborating with operations teams. Ideal candidates have proficiency in English and some familiarity with platforms like Sprinklr. Qualifications

• Motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the contact center platform and customer contact channels.
• Support configuration and maintenance of the knowledge base.
• Participate in regular 'mystery calls' to ensure systems work as expected.
• Assist in omni-channel configuration across CRM and order management.
• Receive and assess system change requests from stakeholders.
• Support IVR configurations, including messaging and routing.
• Collaborate with Operations and Data Insights on simple configuration improvements.
• Assist in managing telecommunications infrastructure and numbers.
• Participate in regular tests to ensure system works as expected.
• Help manage user access rights for new hires and leavers across contact center systems.
• Support email distribution list changes for new hires and leavers.
• Act as the support contact for the contact center platform and escalate issues.
