Huawei Europe is seeking a Junior Strategy & Business Analyst to support the Strategy team by conducting in-depth research, generating market intelligence, and transforming complex information into actionable insights. You will analyze data from diverse sources, develop clear, structured insights, and contribute to strategic proposals, presentations, and decision‑making for internal stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Chinese would be a plus.
• Strong ability to gather information from diverse sources and evaluate data critically.
• Proficient in summarizing complex topics and presenting clearly; PowerPoint expertise expected.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple research tasks with accuracy.

Role Overview

The Junior Strategy & Business Analyst will support the Strategy team by conducting in‑depth research, generating market intelligence, and transforming complex information into actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, multilingual communication skills, and the ability to produce high‑quality presentations that inform internal decision‑making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry & Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research using public sources, industry reports, databases, and policy documents to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies.
• Insight Development: Analyze qualitative and quantitative information, identify patterns, and synthesize findings into clear, structured insights that support strategic discussions and project recommendations.
• Presentation & Communication: Prepare well‑organized, visually clear PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials for internal stakeholders, ensuring complex topics are communicated in a concise and business‑oriented manner.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy managers and project teams to support ongoing initiatives, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and provide timely research inputs for strategic proposals.
• Information Management: Maintain organized research documentation, track relevant industry updates, and proactively identify new sources of information that enhance the team’s analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, Chinese would be a plus.
• Analytical & Research Abilities: Demonstrated ability to gather information from diverse sources, evaluate data critically, and structure insights logically.
• Communication & Presentation: Skilled at summarizing complex topics and presenting them clearly; proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable preparing executive‑level materials.
• Work Style: Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple research tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as ICT, energy, transportation, finance, education, or healthcare is a strong plus.
• Relevant Experience: Prior internships or experience in consulting, market research, strategy, or analytical roles are preferred.
• Additional Skills: Experience with Excel, data visualization tools, or basic analytical frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, market sizing) is advantageous.
