Huawei Europe is seeking a Junior Strategy & Business Analyst to support the Strategy team by conducting in-depth research, generating market intelligence, and transforming complex information into actionable insights. You will analyze data from diverse sources, develop clear, structured insights, and contribute to strategic proposals, presentations, and decision‑making for internal stakeholders.

This role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Chinese would be a plus.
• Strong ability to gather information from diverse sources and evaluate data critically.
• Proficient in summarizing complex topics and presenting clearly; PowerPoint expertise expected.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple research tasks with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Industry & Market Research: use public sources, reports, databases and policy documents to understand market trends and regulatory environments.
• Insight Development: synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into structured insights for strategic discussions.
• Presentation & Communication: prepare concise executive‑level materials and briefing notes.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: support strategy managers and project teams with research inputs for proposals.
• Information Management: maintain organized research documentation and monitor relevant industry updates.
