Huawei in Madrid seeks a procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing from market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation and implementation.

The role focuses on driving cost savings, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams in an international setting.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing within an international environment.
• Degree or Master in Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, Finance, Laws, Accounting.
• Good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit; Organized, detail –oriented.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sourcing projects from market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation and implementation.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Core internal & external meeting organization, recording and summarizing, then publicity if need.
• Analyze procurement costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery, innovation, and performance.
• Help manage supplier relationships with key partners to improve performance, accountability and collaboration.

Main Tasks

Procurement Environment and Market Insight

• Lead strategic sourcing projects from market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation and implementation.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Core internal & external Meeting organization, recording and summarizing, then publicity if need
• Analyze procurement costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery, innovation, and performance.

Experience and general requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing within an international environment.
