iTalenters is seeking a proactive HR/IT professional to support SAP HR processes and maintain the SAP HCM system. You will help optimize internal HR workflows, provide technical and functional support, and contribute to the digital transformation of HR in a regulated multinational environment.

Typical duties include handling incidents and changes in HR processes, parameterizing SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT), testing, go-live activities, and documentation.

Formación

• Experience with SAP HR systems preferred
• Understanding of HR processes and workflow optimization
• Ability to document technical and functional specifications

Step into a pivotal role supporting HR processes and maintaining the SAP HR system.

As part of a dynamic IT & HR team, you'll help optimize internal workflows, provide technical and functional support, and contribute to the digital transformation of HR. Expect hands-on learning, exposure to a highly regulated multinational environment, and the chance to develop your expertise each day.

· Handle incidents, evolutive changes, and business requirements in HR processes.

· Parameterize and maintain SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT).

· Participate in functional testing, validations, and go-live activities.

· Prepare clear functional and technical documentation.

· Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

· Learn new applications and technologies within the HR ecosystem.

· Hybrid model: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

· Flexible hours for work-life balance (you can enter from 7 to 9:30h and leave at 16h)
