Job summary

Smartness is a hospitality tech SaaS provider seeking a sales professional to manage a busy agenda of online and in-person prospects. You will articulate our value, participate in national trade fairs, and drive business development through cold calling and emailing.

You will analyze pipeline data, report regularly, and work toward ARR targets with an incentivizing bonus plan, including remote working options and a fast-moving, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Italian as a mother tongue.
• Good English B2 level for international interactions.
• Team player with winning mentality to exceed quota.
• Data-driven thinking to analyze and improve strategies.
• Willing to receive field coaching and continuous learning.
• At least 6–12 months in a SaaS/Software/Services sales role with targets.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.
• Ability to sell into SMEs with short, intense cycles.

Responsibilities

• Sales negotiation with prospects via online and in-person appointments.
• Attend 1–2 trade fairs per year and organize on-site meetings with customers.
• Business development through cold calling and cold emailing.
• Data analysis and regular reviews of the sales pipeline.
• Reach and exceed the ARR target with a performance-based bonus.
