Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) in Madrid is seeking a Junior Robotic Process Automation Developer to own the UiPath robot lifecycle from evaluation to production.

You will design, test, and deploy automation, provide ongoing operation support, optimize bots, and train colleagues while collaborating with IT and business units in a hybrid work setup offering two remote days.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT-focused field.
• Field-proven UiPath RPA development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C# or VB.NET.
• Analytical, process-oriented mindset with structured approach.
• Excellent communication and ability to train colleagues.
• Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator and REFramework; banking sector knowledge is a plus.
• Audit/compliance experience in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end development of UiPath robots from evaluation to go-live.
• Operate, optimize and troubleshoot active robots; incident management.
• Provide interface support for AOIT/AOB with go-live support.
• Analyze automation potential and advise business units.
• Design and conduct RPA training and explore new technologies.

Junior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• RPA Development & Lifecycle: End-to-end responsibility for the entire lifecycle of UiPath robots- from evaluation, design, and audit-compliant documentation through testing, go-live, and production
• Operation, Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuous operational support for all active robots in the system, structured incident management (troubleshooting bot crashes) and implementing necessary optimizations
• Interface Support (AOIT & AOB): Technical support for the Application Owner IT in packaging software components and technical updates, and providing go-live support as well as providing subject-matter expertise to the Business Application Owner in assessing new requirements, continuously monitoring bots, and adapting to system changes
• Consulting & Potential Analysis: Systematic analysis of automation potential in the bank’s business processes, as well as advising business units on customized solution scenarios
• Knowledge Transfer & Innovation: Designing and conducting RPA training for colleagues as well as researching new technologies for integration into the RPA landscape

How to convince us

• Solid Education: Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics with a strong IT focus, or a comparable qualification with relevant IT work experience
• Field-proven RPA expertise: You possess in-depth, field-proven development skills in the UiPath platform and are familiar with the lifecycle of software robots
• Strong programming skills & .NET Framework: You have solid experience in software development, ideally in the .NET environment (C# or VB.NET), enabling you to independently implement complex automation scenarios, custom activities, or data manipulation tasks
• Analytical & process-oriented thinking: A strong ability to analyze complex business processes, a high level of conceptual understanding, and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills & drive to shape the future: You enjoy acting as an internal consultant and trainer to support business units, convey knowledge clearly, and actively help shape the digital transformation
• UiPath Orchestrator expertise, development following best practices (e.g., REFramework), Git experience, and basic knowledge of IT infrastructures and deployment - banking/financial sector experience is a plus
• Audit compliance: Experience with documentation and security requirements in a regulated environment (ideally in the banking or financial sector) is a plus
