Exus Renewables, a leading energy solutions provider, seeks a Development & Construction engineer to drive end-to-end renewable energy projects from screening to Ready-to-Build. You will coordinate engineering design, manage schedules and budgets, and liaise with landowners, authorities and partners.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, risk management, and contributing to M&A technical due diligence.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering; a Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of renewable energy project development/construction experience.
• Knowledge of energy sector regulations, GIS tools, advanced Office skills.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renewable energy projects from development to Ready-to-Build, ensuring viability.
• Coordinate design and technical documentation with internal and external teams.
• Support permitting with authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyze site viability including land-use and environmental factors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and prepare updates for leadership.
• Support M&A due diligence with technical input.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Procurement on cross-functional activities.
