Botres seeks an experienced Project Manager to connect Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations, turning complex renewable energy projects into successful reality.

You will manage international EPC and renewable energy projects from development through execution and commissioning, ensuring technical, commercial and schedule targets are met while coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders. Regular travel is expected and this is not a fully remote role.

Formación

• Experience in technical project management, industrial projects or EPC environments.
• PRINCE2®, IPMA, PMI/PMP or comparable project management certification, or willingness to obtain PRINCE2 certification within the first year of employment.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• International mindset and willingness to travel.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Overall coordination of international renewable energy projects.
• Project planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Budget, cost and risk control.
• Stakeholder management across clients, suppliers and project teams.
• Coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations.
• Monitoring project performance and reporting to management.
• Managing project risks and mitigation measures.
• Supporting commissioning and project handover.
• Continuous improvement of project execution processes.
