Alstom in Madrid seeks a Junior Project Quality and Safety Engineer for a temporary, full-time position. You will oversee the project quality plan, coordinate safety assessments, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Temporal position to cover a long term absence.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Desirable experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools.
• High level in Spanish and English.
• Experience in similar positions will be valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the Project Quality plan and ensure proper application during contract execution.
• Support the project teams and Project Manager to prepare gate reviews & follow up related action plans.
• Ensure quality of the modifications made during the project.
• Ensure safety assessment is correctly implemented and prepare safety authorization.
• Control project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits.
• Ensure return of experience process within the project.
• Manage Non-conformities and Safety issues and facilitate problem solving during project execution phase.
• Include Engineering team in Customer issues solving process if needed.
