Alstom in Barcelona is seeking a Project Quality and Safety Manager to lead quality assurance across project execution. You will coordinate with engineering, suppliers, and teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

The role requires industrial engineering background, knowledge of quality tools and SAP, and fluent Spanish with strong English skills. You will advance problem-solving methods and drive continuous improvement on site.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
• Experience with quality tools and problem-solving approaches.
• Intermediate English level.
• High-level Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience in Quality/audit is appreciated.
• Experience working with SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Guide project teams on quality contributions to the project.
• Support project teams and the PM to prepare gate reviews and follow-up actions.
• Report quality and safety alerts and manage non-conformities.
• Ensure quality of modifications during the project.
• Ensure safety assessments are properly implemented and obtain safety authorizations.
• Facilitate problem solving to reduce non-quality costs.

You’llsupport the projectteam,to ensure the projectsafety,qualityassurance by coordinating all activities throughoutthe project. Day-to-day,you’llwork closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Suppliers, Industrial Team),be the interface with thecustomerqualityand safety teamsand much more.

You’ll specifically take care of establishing the Project Quality plan and ensure the proper application during contract execution in accordance with the contract requirements, but also contribute to the criticality assessment of sub-systems to ensure right level of safety and quality assurance as well as inspection activities for all identified.

Improvetheefficiencyofqualityteamstoreducethefunctioncosts

MakesurethattherelevantstakeholdersareincludedinCustomerissuessolvingprocess(ifneeded).
