As a Junior Cyber Project Manager – CRM B2B, you will support the security of digital projects related to E-commerce, CRM and B2B solutions.
You will work closely with Cybersecurity, IT, Business teams and external partners to identify risks, coordinate security activities and follow remediation plans across digital platforms and connected solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in project-oriented environments.
- Experience or exposure to E-commerce, CRM or digital platforms.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity risk management and GRC principles.
- Experience following vulnerability remediation plans, security assessments or penetration testing activities.
- Ability to coordinate with Business, IT, Cybersecurity teams and external suppliers.
- Awareness of cybersecurity risks related to Salesforce environments and integrations.
- Understanding or interest in cybersecurity risks associated with AI-based solutions.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate security topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, third-party risk management, vulnerability management or AI security will be considered a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
- Support cybersecurity risk assessments for E-commerce, CRM and B2B digital projects.
- Identify and follow security risks related to data, online exposure, integrations and third-party solutions.
- Support the definition and implementation of security requirements and remediation actions.
- Coordinate security activities with Business, IT teams and external partners.
- Contribute to security assessments of suppliers and new connected solutions.
- Participate in the coordination of penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor vulnerabilities and follow remediation plans, escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to security audits, compliance activities and cybersecurity KPI tracking.
- Support projects involving Salesforce, CRM platforms and AI-based solutions from a cybersecurity perspective.
- Help translate security requirements into clear and pragmatic actions for business stakeholders.
