Group-IPS is seeking a Junior Project Engineer to join the Madrid team and grow within Project Management. The role targets engineers with 2–4 years of experience on industrial sites who will advance from engineering through execution.

You will collaborate on projects from planning through handover, coordinating teams, clients and suppliers in a dynamic industrial setting. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and is fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience on industrial construction sites.
• Experience in Food & Beverage is highly preferred; Pharma/Chemicals/Biochemical also valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support project planning, execution and coordination across lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, schedules and cost tracking.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor construction activities and support commissioning phases.
• Track progress to meet quality, budget and schedule objectives.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor project execution.
• Assist with procurement, permitting and project reporting.
