Group IPS in Malaga is seeking an Intermediate Project Engineer for Real Estate and Industrial Projects, based in our Malaga office, with weekly visits to both offices. The project engineer defines technical solutions and organizes alignment on equipment, facilities, utilities, components and systems for a diverse client base of manufacturers.

• Degree or master’s in civil engineering, road engineering, architecture, or technical architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles; at least 2 years in project management.
• Experience in residential, industrial warehousing, hotels, or offices projects.

Responsabilidades

• Define project feasibility, layouts, schedules, procurement strategies, and financial planning.
• Handle investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, and procurement.
• Oversee detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning, and operational management.
