Group-IPS in Málaga is seeking an Intermediate Project Engineer for Real Estate and Industrial Projects based in our Malaga office with weekly visits to both offices. You will define technical solutions and oversee project processes across facilities, utilities, and systems for a diverse client base.

Formación

• Degree or master's in civil engineering, road engineering, architect, or technical architect.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles; at least 2 years in project management.
• Experience in residential, industrial warehousing, hotels and offices projects.
• Experience across life cycle of civil projects including master planning, feasibility, permitting and construction management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with MS Office, BIM and Presto proficiency.
• Languages: Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness for mobility between Malaga and Madrid; international mobility depends on project.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical solutions and coordinate alignment on equipment, facilities, utilities, components, products and systems.
• Maintain and oversee part of or the complete project process; prepare status reports and deliver documentation on schedule.
• Manage projects from planning to execution, including feasibility, preparation and realization phases.
