Group-IPS is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Madrid team on site. The role involves managing industrial projects through feasibility, engineering, construction and commissioning in an international environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in industrial project management, with preference for Food & Beverage and related process industries. English and Spanish fluency are required. On-site Madrid availability and mobility across projects are essential.

Formación

• Engineer with construction or site management experience in industrial projects.
• 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage; Pharma, Chemicals or Biochemical industries valued.
• Knowledge of process engineering, utilities, commissioning, equipment, automation or construction supervision.
• Experience in planning, cost control, documentation and site coordination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
• Full on-site availability in Madrid with national mobility depending on projects.

Job Description

We are looking for is looking for a project Engineer with experience on site to join our team in Madrid.

Join an international EPCM company specialized in Engineering, Project Management, Automation, and Architecture for industrial projects across more than 10 countries.

We are looking for an engineer with 2 – 4 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally within Food & Beverage, Pharma, or process industries.

You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and engineering to construction and commissioning, working on mid-to-large scale industrial projects in an international environment.

The role of the Project Engineer is to deliver to the client the more than satisfactory quality of the services within the budget and planning defined.

What is the role about?

• We are looking for an engineer with experience in industrial projects, including project documentation, planning, cost control, and construction supervision.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle is valued, from feasibility and permitting to construction and commissioning.
• Knowledge in process engineering, utilities, equipment, automation, and industrial environments is highly appreciated, especially within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Experience in procurement, permitting, and mid-to-large scale projects is considered a strong asset.

Requirements

• We are looking for an Engineer with construction or site management experience in industrial projects and project management.
• At least 2 years of Previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector is highly preferred; however, experience in Pharma, Chemicals, or Biochemical industries is also considered valuable.
• Knowledge of process engineering, utilities, commissioning, equipment, automation, or construction supervision
• Experience in planning, cost control, documentation, and site coordination
• Fluent English and Spanish, any other is a plus.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
