UBQ.io is seeking a proactive Junior Procurement Specialist to support our procurement function. You will manage the end-to-end flow of procurement documents, assist vendor management, and drive process automation to improve efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, plus 2–4 years of procurement support experience and excellent English communication. A strong eye for detail and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• 2–4 years in procurement support, operations or related admin/operations roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience with or interest in low-code automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement documentation flow and signatures, including NDAs.</br>Coordinate invoicing, approvals, and resolve billing issues with vendors and finance teams.
• Maintain and expand the centralized contract repository for accessibility and accuracy.
• Support staff augmentation processes and ensure smooth document workflows.
• Research market trends and identify potential providers to support procurement decisions.
• Assist in data integrity across procurement systems and prepare vendor/performance reports.
