Array Technologies is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Buyer) to optimize inventory and sourcing strategies by analyzing BOMs and demand forecasts. You will collaborate with Commodity Specialists, suppliers, internal customers and logistics to manage procurement and RFQs, ensuring timely deliveries.

The role covers inbound procurement, outbound project supply with logistics, compliance with inventory processes, and support for warranties, MRO, and aftersales.

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree, international business or international sales.
• Specific training in sourcing, procurement or logistics.
• Higher Training Cycle.
• Level B2 English (minimum).
• A second language is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase requisitions, BOM and demand analysis to anticipate materials demand.
• Allocated stocks need
• Support Commodity Specialists
• Pricing - RFQ process and contracts updates
• Documentation, incidents and internal compliance
• Procurement (inbound) + supply to projects (outbound) coordination with Logistics
• Support warranty, service aftersales, MRO and quality incidents
• Good receipt and full cost posting
• Safety stocks
• Support logistics team to update import/export if needed
