Sonae Sierra is seeking a skilled corporate lawyer to manage the Group’s Spanish entities’ day-to-day legal affairs, including annual accounts, powers of attorney, director appointments, and articles of association. You will coordinate SOCIMIs compliance and handle contract drafting for shopping centres.

The role requires 2+ years in law practice or in-house, a law degree with a qualifying Master’s, and strong drafting/communication skills, plus advanced English.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Experience in M&A and real estate matters.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency at an advanced level.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day corporate legal matters of the Group’s Spanish companies, including annual accounts, powers of attorney, directors and articles of association.
• Provide ongoing corporate and legal support for SOCIMIs and coordinate related formalities.
• Draft and review service agreements, construction and works contracts and other day-to-day shopping centre agreements.
• Manage KYC and AML processes, including document collection and review from counterparties.
• Support Communities of Owners for shopping centres, including owners’ meetings and documentation.
• Coordinate notarial and Commercial Registry filings and other formalities.
• Maintain corporate records and filings with the Commercial Registry.
• Participate in corporate projects and assigned workstreams.

Educación

Law degree and Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession
