Citco Group of Companies in Madrid seeks a Vice President Legal & CoSec to lead client legal services, oversee a portfolio of client entities, and ensure compliance with Spanish law and regulations. You will work with internal teams and external advisors to deliver premium corporate secretarial support for global clients.

The role requires a degree in corporate law with 6–8 years’ experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Formación

• Degree in corporate law with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to Real Asset (Real Estate) investment structures is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of Spanish corporate law and regulations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Able to independently manage a client portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the designated portfolio of clients, ensuring all queries and requests are handled timely and with quality.
• Manage all legal and corporate matters for client entities in Real Estate serviced by the Corporate Secretarial team.
• Maintain client entities in good standing and ensure regulatory compliance and necessary registrations.
• Advise clients and liaise with Citco departments, legal and tax advisors, notaries and government bodies.
• Draft and review legal documents in Spanish under Spanish law; coordinate with local providers.
