Job summary
Siemens Smart Infrastructure Grid Software Solutions is seeking a Delivery Excellence Manager to drive project performance, governance and business improvement across its global organization. You will partner with PMO and regional teams to strengthen delivery processes, optimize productivity and profitability through data-driven insights and digital innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- PMO, project management or governance experience in international tech environments.
- Strong planning, scheduling, KPI and executive reporting capabilities.
- Experience with WBS, MS Project and Jira; dashboard building for senior management.
Responsibilities
- Standardize project management methodologies and governance across regions.
- Monitor portfolio performance via KPI dashboards and executive reporting.
- Lead health reviews, steering committees and governance meetings.
- Strengthen controls: scheduling, scope, resources, financial tracking.
- Develop portfolio dashboards and provide visibility on status, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled reporting initiatives.
