Job summary

Ebury Madrid is seeking a Junior Customer Relations Executive to join the Customer Relations Team. You will be the primary contact for corporate clients, handling daily operational and trading support and acting as an ambassador for Ebury’s products and services.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high workload, and fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Experience in FX and customer servicing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Languages: Catalan and Spanish fluency at professional level, English required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high workload peaks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and FX trading assistance.
• Support day-to-day relationships of corporate accounts and promote the Ebury platform for international trades.
• Act as ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues.
