Fundcraft is seeking an Associate in Data Analysis & Reporting (L1) based in Spain to support the development of our reporting function. You will work with the proprietary platform to gather, review, and transmit reporting to third parties, under the supervision of the Risk Manager in Luxembourg.

The role offers formal training and exposure to fund administration reporting, with opportunities to automate processes in collaboration with the technology team.

Responsabilidades

• Follow training to understand reporting guidelines and requirements.
• Access Fundcraft platform to review data for report preparation.
• Identify missing data and liaise with relevant teams.
• Ensure report completeness and data accuracy.
• Escalate issues to team leader as needed.
• Organise workload to avoid delays in sendings.
• Ensure access for third-party portals to facilitate reporting.
• Report activity to team leader via dashboard.
• Support day-to-day duties and partner with the team.
• Produce reports covering fund administration activities with timely, accurate communications.
