Apex Group in Valencia seeks a Governance & Oversight Associate to support day-to-day delivery in the Central Oversight team, ensuring deadlines are met. You will monitor service providers, track deliverables and help Management Companies meet regulatory obligations across Luxembourg and Irish markets.

Role involves reviewing fund accounting data, conducting due diligence, and preparing management information while collaborating with a global team in a hybrid working environment.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
• Experience in fund administration, fund accounting or related finance.
• Understanding of investment funds; UCITS/AIFMD knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a service mindset.
• Eager to learn and develop within the funds industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor third-party service providers and maintain oversight records.
• Review fund accounting data and KPIs under supervision.
• Support due diligence and ongoing provider assessments.
• Escalate issues and document risks/remediation actions.
• Prepare reports and management information
• Support issue tracking and follow-up with providers
• Participate in service reviews and on-site reviews as needed
• Assist with process improvements and team procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client services
