Axpo group in Madrid, MD, ES, is seeking a Junior Performance Engineer (f/m/d) for an on-site Full time role to transform plant data into better decisions and measurable impact.

You will work with operations and engineering, design data tools, analyze SCADA data, and develop ML models, while delivering Power BI dashboards for plant managers and stakeholders.

Fluent in English, MSc in a quantitative field, and hands-on Python experience are required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• MSc in a quantitative field (e.g., Software Engineering, Data Science).
• Strong software engineering foundations with testing and documentation.
• Experience building data products, dashboards or automation.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operations, engineering and business teams to spot performance gaps and automation opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain data tools and pipelines linking plant operations, maintenance and financial data.
• Analyse SCADA and maintenance data to uncover losses and anomalies in the biomethane portfolio.
• Develop and document statistical and ML models for performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Create Power BI dashboards and KPIs for plant managers and senior stakeholders.
