Axpo Biogas International seeks a Junior Performance Engineer to turn plant data into actionable insights and streamlined workflows. You will blend asset management with software engineering, data science and the Microsoft Platform to deliver reliable digital solutions.

You will design and implement data models, pipelines and dashboards, collaborating with operations, engineering and business teams to drive measurable improvements across the portfolio.

Formación

• MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong software engineering foundations: modular code, testing, debugging, version control, documentation.
• Proficiency in Python for data prep, analysis, visualization and ML model development.
• Experience building data products, analytical tools, dashboards or workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Work as asset manager and software engineer to spot performance gaps and automation opportunities.
• Gather user needs and translate into requirements, data models, workflows and scalable solutions.
• Design, build, test and maintain data pipelines and software tools connecting plant operations and data sources.
• Analyse SCADA data and maintenance data to uncover losses and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, validate and document ML/statistical models for monitoring and decision support.
• Create Power BI dashboards, KPIs and reports for stakeholders.
