Volkswagen Group Services GmbH in Valencia is seeking a motivated Junior Contract Manager to support our Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements across our product portfolio.

You will own recurring, operational contract activities and work with an experienced Data Licensing Manager, building a solid foundation in commercial contract management within an international automotive-data environment.

Formación

• Completed degree or comparable qualification; first experience in contract management is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to coordinate across teams and external partners.
• Solid project management and reporting capabilities; ability to structure tasks and communicate status.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and deadline-oriented work style.
• Familiarity with MS 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint); knowledge of DocuSign, Documill, and Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end renewal of customer agreements including contract development, coordination, signing-process steering, and status reporting.
• Prepare, tailor, and version contract documents for customer-specific needs to unlock cross- and up-selling potential.
• Fully own and manage the digital signing process (DocuSign, Documill) from preparation to document repository management.
• Support negotiations between Key Account Management and customers through document prep and review-process management.
• Act as a point of contact between Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to drive contract process improvements.
