Volkswagen Group GIS:HUB in Barcelona seeks a motivated Junior Contract Manager to support the Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements across our product portfolio. You will take ownership of recurring, operational contract activities and collaborate with an experienced Data Licensing Manager to build a strong foundation in commercial contract management.

Formación

Completed degree or comparable qualification; contract management or related field experience a plus.
Fluent English, written and spoken; German skills are an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and external partners.
Solid project management and reporting capabilities; ability to structure tasks and track progress.
High attention to detail, reliability, and deadline-oriented work.
Proficient in MS 365; familiarity with DocuSign, Documill, and Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Contract renewals: Support end-to-end renewal of customer agreements including development, coordination, signing-process steering, and reporting to ensure continued revenue realization.
Contract updates: Prepare, tailor, and version contract documents for customer-specific needs to unlock cross- and up-selling potential.
Signing processes: Own, manage, and steer the digital signing process from preparation to document repository management.
Contract negotiations: Support negotiations between Key Account Management and customers through document prep and review-process management.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a point of contact between Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to improve contract processes.
