Huawei Europe is seeking a Junior Commercial specialist to manage contract and PPQ review, monitor ledgers, and prepare regular reports. Based in Madrid, the role supports commercial operations across global teams.

You will analyze contract data, assist in price and authorization processes, and collaborate with cross-functional parties. Fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese is required; experience in contract processing and office tools is expected.

We are looking for a Junior Commercial specialist for managing contract and PPQ review and monitoring regular report of ledgers.

Office Location: Madrid (Las Tablas)

Main Tasks

• Organize contract review, including review execution monitoring, functional review management.
• Organize contract decision-making, including process rule development, decision-making operations, and decision-making support.
• Organize and promote the comprehensive authorization of sales decision-making.
• Commercial profit calculation, including rule formulation, execution, and data analysis.
• Regular reporting and analysis
• Closed-loop management

Background and previous experience

• Have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in legal, commercial, financial, and telecommunications fields.

Requirements:

• Knowledge: Have general knowledge of basic contract knowledge, special price, authority execution and authorization, and contract/PO entry process knowledge.
• Skill: Have skillful contract and PO processing skills.
• Have basic data analysis and summary capabilities. Have basic skills in contract reading and writing.
• Language: fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese in written and spoken language
• Be familiar with Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability: Strong learning ability, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility, good communication ability, strong initiative, strong coordination ability, practical and diligent
