Job&Talent, headquartered in Madrid, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join the Controlling & Accounting team supporting our US division. You will manage accounts payable, process invoices, and assist in month-end processes while ensuring compliance and timely payments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong AP experience, and solid Excel/Sheets skills. NetSuite experience is a plus, and you’ll work across borders to maintain vendor relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong accounting knowledge with prior AP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and vendor relations skills.
• Experience processing payments (credit card, ACH, check).
• Familiarity with vendor management and AP processes.
• Experience with tax filings and payments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other accounting ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Prepare and issue payments to vendors.
• Reconcile AP accounts and maintain vendor records.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries on payments and account issues.
• Assist in month-end closing and AP reporting.
• Ensure timely tax filings and payments.
