Boortmalt in the Madrid region is seeking an Accountant to ensure accurate AP/AR processing, maintain vendor and customer records, and support cash flow management in a global group.

Based in Villaverde (near Madrid), the role requires English and Spanish, working onsite with one day home office; you will contribute to month-end closing and audits while aligning with GAAP and company controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 1-5 years of AP/AR accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor and process incoming payments for AR; reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist month-end closing and provide cash flow inputs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and VAT/local tax rules.
