Job summary

XTB Spain is expanding its Research Team to explain global market movements and deliver content that makes investing accessible. You will monitor equities, forex, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies; elaborate market reports; prepare educational commentary; and work with the Global Research Department, using AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in financial markets and investing.
• Good understanding of main financial products (stocks, ETFs, bonds, funds, derivatives, cryptocurrencies).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate into research tasks.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and motivation to learn.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish (Native) and English (Fluent).
• Strong team player in collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

• Actively participate in research projects alongside the Global Research Department
• Utilize AI tools and data platforms to improve research productivity and insights

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
• Genuine interest in financial markets and investing
• Good understanding of the main financial products (stocks, ETFs, bonds, funds, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, etc.) and their key differences
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to confidently work with data
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily research tasks
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and strong motivation to learn
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Proficiency in Spanish (Native) and English (Fluent, written and spoken)
