Job summary

XTB online investing Spain is seeking a market research-driven analyst to help explain international markets to clients. You will monitor markets, create reports, and develop educational content to make investing clearer.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and investing.
• Good understanding of main financial products and their differences.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with data.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily tasks.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and motivation to learn.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the main international markets (equities, forex, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies).
• Elaborate market reports, financial content, and internal presentations.
• Prepare educational and market commentary content for clients.
• Participate in research projects with the Global Research Department.
• Utilize AI tools and data platforms to improve research productivity and insights.
