The Report Company in Madrid, office based, seeks a Junior Accounting Assistant to join our international publishing team. This permanent, full-time role offers hands-on finance experience, exposure to AI-enabled workflows, and training on our internal systems including Odoo from day one.

You will support invoicing, financial reporting, and process automation across finance, logistics and HR, while developing strong skills in cash flow, tax preparation, and data analysis in a dynamic,

Formación

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in technology, digital tools and AI.
• Ability to learn new software quickly with full training on Odoo and internal systems.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude with desire to improve processes and take ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Organizing and processing incoming invoices using our business management platform, Odoo.
• Liaising with collaborators to collect end of month invoices and cross checking them against agreed financial packages.
• Performing financial calculations, including commission payments and interest calculations.
• Preparing and organizing financial documentation to support accounting and tax filing.
• Analyzing financial information and producing clear summaries to support business decisions.
• Verifying financial data and carrying out checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Categorizing financial transactions to improve reporting and financial visibility.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools and internal workflows.
• Assisting with development of AI driven processes and automation across finance and operations.
• Providing administrative support across finance, logistics and HR when required.
