Auxadi, a leading international accounting, tax, and payroll firm powered by technology and exceptional people, seeks a Reporting Manager to join our Madrid offices. You will lead project management, planning, and automation initiatives while supervising a team and ensuring compliance with relevant legal documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, have proven outsourcing experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting/tax/audit outsourcing services or similar role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting/tax principles, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in Business Central.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting/tax software and financial management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Highly results oriented.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Technological mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management: delivery planning, economic project management, KPI monitoring, and compliance with AML/KYC documentation.
• Planning: detailed project planning and monitoring.
• Automation: track and enforce automation initiatives within the firm.
• People Management: lead, develop, and evaluate your team; conduct performance reviews and act as a technical reference.
