Transman Consulting, Madrid based, is seeking an accounting professional with full accounting cycle experience to manage client portfolios.

You will handle bookkeeping, invoices, bank reconciliations, tax filings (including SII), annual accounts, and regulatory reporting, providing timely financial information and clear guidance to clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar multi-client role, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Business, and fluency in French and English.

Formación

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-client firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Very good level in both French and English; strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accounting, reporting, and issuing invoices for multiple companies.
• Bank reconciliations, preparation and submission of tax returns and SII, and preparation and review of annual accounts.
• Preparing all types of accounts, payments, cash flow, reports, financial statements, cash position, and tax position for client companies.
• Preparing regulatory reports for third parties.
• Bookkeeping, including accounting entries and related supporting documentation.
• Assisting with audits by providing relevant information.
• Obtaining accounting data for tax filings and preparing submission files for the STA.
• Supporting clients with financial reporting, such as periodic balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and annual accounts.

For its Madrid based office, our client, an international Financial Services structure, is currently looking for a:

We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in the full accounting cycle and managing client portfolios. The role covers bookkeeping, issuing invoices, bank reconciliations, preparing tax filings (including SII), and preparing annual accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing financial reports for clients—cash flow, payments, financial statements, and tax position—as well as regulatory reporting. The role also provides audit support, prepares tax documentation for submission, and delivers periodic client reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and annual accounts.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to provide accurate, timely financial information while offering clear guidance to support clients’ needs

Profile
