Job summary

JD.com invites ambitious students to join the JD Young HR and Business Support Internship in Madrid. This hands-on program runs 3–6 months, with full-time hours and remote mentoring support from our European HR team, offering real project exposure and a fast track into global talent operations.

You will help set up a new Joybuy office in Spain, assist HR and admin across processes, and gain cross-cultural experience in a growing international business.

Qualifications

• Availability: Can work full-time in an internship capacity.
• Background in HR, international business, or related field.
• Fluent Spanish; Mandarin skills are a plus.

About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

About the role:

• Role Title: JD Young HR and Business Support Internship
• Location: Madrid, Spain (with remote mentoring support from our wider European HR team)
• Start Date: As soon as possible (Full‑Time)
• The Mission: This is a hands‑on, exciting role where you will play a key part in establishing our new Joybuy business and team in Spain. You will help set up a brand new office, collaborate with our HR team to support setting up the right people infrastructure in Spain and provide cross‑cultural support for new colleagues joining in our business.
• What You Will Do: Support a dynamic blend of human resources (HR) and administrative operations. Gain incredible exposure, networking opportunities, and professional growth within the wider Joybuy Spain business.

About you:

• Availability: Able to work full‑time in an internship capacity, starting as soon as possible.
• Mindset: Hands‑on, proactive, driven to take initiative, and excited to deliver results for a new team and office.
• Cultural Skills: Strong cross‑cultural awareness, specifically bridging Spanish to non‑Spanish culture
• Language: Spanish (Fluent) is required, Mandarin skills are additional.
• Background: Ideally, you have a background or studies in HR, international business, or a related field.
