UST España & Latam is seeking a top software engineer to join a hybrid Madrid team. The role focuses on designing and deploying cloud-native applications in a DevOps-driven, cross-functional environment. You will contribute to architecture, CI/CD, and high-quality software delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOA and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model.
• Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor software applications.
• Participate in pull request reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
• Work with stakeholders across divisions to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to planning, estimation, and feature refinement activities.
• Partner with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with architectural vision.
• Build and maintain cloud-native, containerized applications.
• Manage deployments using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Contribute to engineering communities by sharing knowledge.
